Tess plays guitar, piano, banjo, and ukulele, and has been writing songs since she was able to talk...and sort of sing.

 

Tess won the first-ever WTOP Top Kid Award for her work on Static: Noise of a New Musical, which is the first musical to utilize morse code as a method of dramatic storytelling, embedding cryptic Morse Code Clues in the rhythm and music for audiences to solve. In addition to musical theater, Tess writes and produces her own indie, folk, and rock music.
